SUBMISSIONS for THE 2023 ALL JANE COMEDy FESTIVAL ARE NOW CLOSED.

The 2023 All Jane Comedy Festival will take place WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th - SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1st 2023 at Curious Comedy Theater and potentially other venues in Portland, Oregon. We present stand up, sketch, improv, storytelling, podcasts and more that is performed by women only*. We are especially interested in comedy that is smart, hilarious, with a distinct point of view or style or both. We include a professional grade, 4k multi-camera video shoot for each performer as a perk for participating.

We can only provide only some performers flights, hotel, and/or a performer fee. Some performers receive travel and/or lodging, and some receive only video and a goodie bag. Usually, first time performers come at their own expense. We don’t charge for applying to the festival, but we do welcome donations here:https://www.curiouscomedy.org/donate. The review committee will not know the amount of applicants donations. Therefore, the amount you choose to donate will neither help nor hinder your likelihood of acceptance. But if you choose to make a donation - know that you are helping to make this festival possible!

Submissions close May 20th but evaluation is underway, so the sooner you can submit - the better! Get on it! Notifications will be sent out the first week of August.

*We welcome submissions from all those who identify as women.
