Anneke has guest starred on the formerly Portland produced hit NBC television show Grimm, starred in music videos with musicians such as Esme Patterson, and worked with many local artists on numerous film, TV and web productions here in the Portland area. Anneke is stoked to be a founding member of the all female identifying Portland improv group Mom Jeans, who has appeared at the Del Close Marathon in NYC, delighted audiences for over 4 years, and producers a local monthly show at Kickstand Comedy. She was a co-organizer for the 2010 Butch Voices National Conference, and a recipient of the 2011 Pride-in-Action award from Pride NW for her work on founding the Q Patrol; a community foot patrol to reduce LGBTQ hate crimes in downtown Portland. She was awarded a Queer Hero award by GLAPN (Gay and Lesbian History Archives of the Pacific Northwest) in 2018.

Caitlin Reese is a Brooklyn based stand up comedian, improviser, and sketch writer. Caitlin has been a comedy writer since 2005 with a self-published magazine distributed by Tower Records and sold out copies at the Portland Zine Fest. In 2014, she kicked off comedy as a career and regularly performs at theaters, clubs, and bars throughout the northeast. She has traveled throughout the US for festivals and shows. She features for headliners on tour and auditioned successfully for the Academy at Upright Citizens Brigade New York. Her comedic voice is honest, goofy, and offbeat.

These days she’s a civil servant with a stand up comedy habit as a member of the feminist killjoy comedy collective That's What She Said. Elena Afanasiev traveled in her mothers womb (8 months pregnant) from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Woodburn, Oregon. Elena is an actor, director, producer, storyteller, and sketch comedian with a B.A. in Theater Arts and 9 years of improv experience. While attending PSU, she was the recipient of the 2015 Phyllis and Tom Burnham Award for outstanding contributions to the school of theater + film. She's performed in the Del Close Marathon in NYC with her current troupe, Mom Jeans. She participated in Paper Street Improv Festival in Victoria, Canada. Recently she directed and performed in Impact: An Improvised Play About Choices. She was in the local ensemble in Stumptown Festival 2018. Kristen Schier is the Co Artistic Director of Curious Comedy Theater in Portland Oregon and was the former long time Improv Producer at the Philly Improv Theater. Kristen was also the long time Artistic Director of the Philly based short form ensemble The N Crowd for 13 years. In addition to teaching and directing Kristen brings extensive performance experience in both scripted and unscripted theater, as well as clown. She has worked regularly as an actor with various professional theater companies in Philadelphia. Kristen has toured both internationally and around the country performing, teaching and headlining at improv festivals in Seattle, Edmonton, Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, Boston, Montreal, Providence, Austin, DC, Baltimore and Detroit - to name a few. Kristen has a BFA in the Performing Arts from The University of the Arts Ira Brind School of Theater, where she was a Senior Lecturer having taught Acting for Non-Majors, Freshmen Acting Studio and Improvisation for the Actor. In addition to training she received at UArts Kristen continued to pursue her education in long-form improvisation with intensives at The Second City in Chicago, The Annoyance Theater in Chicago and The Magnet Theater in New York as well as workshops in physical theater through Pig Iron and The Movement Theater Studio in New York City.

TWO DYKES AND A MIC is a Los Angeles-based comedy duo made up of queer best friends, McKenzie Goodwin and Rachel Scanlon. The two perform stand up all over the country, have a monthly show in LA and host a weekly podcast by the same name. When hosting together, Rachel and McKenzie have a real “will they won’t they vibe” according to Rachel and a definite “it will never happen” from McKenzie. They also both perform and work as individual comedians, each with their own style. Outside of TWO DYKES, McKenzie recently wrote on a pilot for Adult Swim, and has works featured in McSweeneys, Points in Case and more. Rachel is currently working on a sketch series for Comedy Central’s digital platform.

As seen on Comedy Central Digital, Showtime, and A&E, Wally Baram is a 21 year old Mexican-Syrian writer/comedian working in Los Angeles. Still very much in the process of growing up, Wally brings a unique perspective on the strange banalities of entering the adult world from someone still very much learning. Jumping between Mexican and Middle-Eastern households during her youth, her work also sheds light on two relevant cultures, as well as growing up with a strong multi-cultural identity.

Wally is an opener for Jeff Garlin as well as a frequent performer at the Hollywood Improv. She headlined The Pittsburgh First Night NYE Event in 2017 (3 20min shows for 4,000 people) and has performed in The Pittsburgh Comedy Festival (where she opened for W. Kamau Bell), The Boston Comedy Arts Festival, World Series of Comedy (Boston), as well as a slew of other comedy festivals. She's currently writing a show for Snapchat-- whatever that means.

WALLY baram

Bronx-born Bethany Van Delft moved to Boston with her Marxist Dutch dad, black Puerto Rican mother and siblings, where she learned “zebra” didn’t mean she was weird but cool. At “19” she went to Paris to model, got kicked out, and ended up in Milan eating gelato and speaking Spanglish with an Italian accent.

She was named Boston Magazine “Best Comic 2019” and has performed at JFL, SF Sketchfest, All Jane Festival, Boston Calling, Women in Comedy Festival. She is thrilled to get open for her faves, including Michelle Buteau, Phoebe Robinson, Ronnie Chieng, Reggie Watts, Rob Delaney and Alonzo Bodden.

Bethany is a regular host and storyteller for The Moth, her mainstage story sharing her post partem experience after her first child (born with Down Syndrome) went viral with over 15 million views. Today she speaks on the power of sharing your family’s story at conferences in the special needs community, and leads storytelling workshops for families for use in their advocacy.

She is a fierce advocate for her daughter, produces comedy shows locally, and manages to keep her kids and husband not super unhappy. She also bakes pretty well.

Megan Kelly Dunn is a comedian originally hailing from Austin, Texas. She has appeared on Comedy Central, Travel Channel, and Comedy Time Network, and has been featured around the web on comedy sites such as Funny Or Die and Buzzfeed, as well as being listed as one of Refinery 29's “Female Stand-Up Comedians You Need To Know.”

She has performed stand-up all around the US, including world famous venues such as The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, Carolines on Broadway, and many more. She is trained in improv with the legendary Groundlings and sketch writing with Upright Citizens Brigade. Currently, she's located in Los Angeles working as an Associate Story Producer on Nat Geo's "Wicked Tuna."

Secret Cervix is a Portland-based improv duo consisting of Hallie Zmroczek & Adrien Warner. Their spy movie long form show "Secret Cervix Presents" premiered at Curious Arthouse in February 2019 for a six week run. They performed at the Phoenix Improv Festival in May, 2019. Hallie has been doing theater throughout her life. She studied improv at Portland State University, went through full training at The Brody Theater, The Liberators, and is currently on Curious Comedy Theater main-stage team, Battle Ax. Stacey Hallal founded the Curious Comedy Theater in Portland, Oregon in 2008 where she serves as Artistic and Managing Director as well as a regular performer, writer, director and teacher. As Artistic Director, Stacey oversees the scheduling, production and creative direction of over 650 shows per year and has the honoring of curating the annual All Jane Comedy Festival.

Stacey performs sketch and stand up as well as improv. She has hosted for such legends as Bob Saget and Dana Gould and featured for Norm MacDonald. Stacey was a semi-finalist in the Portland Funniest Person Contest as well as the Laughing Skull Comedy Contest and was one of ten performers in Portland’s Ten Comics to Watch Showcase for Comedy Central. She tours all over North America, including stand up guest spots at clubs like The Improv in Atlanta and producing her one and two person comedy sketch shows on the Canadian Fringe Festival circuit.

Stacey, with partner Sam Niemann, co-created the cartoon Ruby Rocket, Private Eye which was developed into a web series by Aniboom.com in 2008 and lives on as live shows, videos, and a podcast.

Stacey has been devoted to comedy in Portland and Chicago for over fifteen years and has appeared and taught at more than 80 festivals across the United States and Canada. While in Chicago, Stacey completed the iO, Annoyance, and Second City training centers. She went on to complete the prestigious Directing Program at Second City where she also taught improv and comedy writing as a member of the Second City Training Center Faculty. Stacey Assistant Directed the smash hit Second City Main Stage production, Between Barack and A Hard Place. To pay for all of her other activities, Stacey also uses improv to help huge corporations better understand and communicate their brand stories with Character, LLC, a Portland-based company she helped start up in 2001.
